YOU BELONG HERE, Collaboraction’s Performing Arts Series is a curated endeavor across genre and form that supports and provides a home for hyper local independent artists/groups and our existing artistic family at Collaboraction's new venues in the Kimball Arts Center of Humboldt Park. We are currently looking for proposals from artists and groups at any stage in their career.

Examples include, but are not limited to, comedy, storytelling night and drag nights.

We are looking to program work that shows the true artistic breadth and spirit of our city.

Programming will take place in our 40-person lounge/cabaret or 85-person flexible studio and will be decided case-by-case.

Collaboraction provides artists with:

  • A rent-free and deposit-free space

  • State-of-the-art lights, sound and video

  • PR and Marketing support

  • SM and Tech support

  • A 70%/30% box office split Artist/Collaboraction

  • a $100 stipend

The curation process will be led by Company Member Sandra Delgado.
Artists/groups will be selected by direct invitation as well as through open submissions via our proposal form with an emphasis on the curated roster to heavily feature artists that live in close proximity to the Kimball Arts Center.
