The Lounge

An intimate, welcoming space ideal for rehearsals, readings, workshops, small performances, meetings, receptions, and community events.

  • Hourly: $100

  • 1 Weekday: $1,500

  • 1 Weekend Day: $2,000

  • 1 Weekend (Thursday–Sunday): $2,000

Studio Theater

A fully equipped black box–style theater space designed for professional productions and performances, with flexibility for a wide range of staging and audience configurations.

Best for:

  • Theatrical productions

  • Dance & music performances

  • Technical rehearsals

  • Ticketed or invited events

Pricing:

  • Hourly: $150

  • 1 Weekday: $2,000

  • 1 Weekend Day: $2,500

  • 1 Weekend (Thursday–Sunday): $3,500

  • Full Week: $5,000

Full Venue

Take over the entire Collaboraction space—Lounge, Studio Theater, and shared areas—for festivals, multi-day productions, conferences, or large-scale events that benefit from multiple environments under one roof.

Pricing:

  • Hourly: $250

  • 1 Weekday: $3,000

  • 1 Weekend Day: $3,500

Discounts & Notes

  • 25% discount available for nonprofit organizations

  • Rates are subject to availability
