By submitting your play and upon acceptance to Sketchbook Seven, you are granting Collaboraction the exclusive, non-binding rights to make copies of your work in all media- including print, digital, film, video, audio, or other Internet formats- used to promote the Festival.

Collaboraction also reserves the right to publish your play on their website for promotion of the Festival in perpetuity at their discretion.

If your play is chosen- as a participant in a prize granting competition- you are giving Collaboraction the royalty-free right to produce and showcase your work on stage for the duration of the Festival run and royalty-free exclusive full broadcast rights (television, film, radio, internet and all related) of the Sketchbook Festival.
